PAYETTE — The Payette Washoe Lodge No. 28 Ancient Free and Accepted Masons are accepting applications for its annual scholarship program, which is in its fifth year. Scholarships are available to qualifying graduating high school seniors in Payette County, including home schooled students.
These scholarship winners must be enrolled in a college, junior college, community college, university or trade school for the fall term after their high school graduation and use the money in the year of issuance.
The application forms are available at high schools in Payette County and must be postmarked no later than April 1, 2020.
The winners will be selected by a committee within the Masonic Lodge based upon the merits of the application. The Masonic Lodge will annually determine the amount that will be available for these scholarships.
For the year 2020, there will be fourteen (14) $750 awards available to qualified applicants at the county high schools.
