ONTARIO — In September, the Ontario Community Library released its on demand eLearning program Brainfuse HelpNow for learning solutions for users of diverse needs and background.
Students can communicate with live tutors using an interactive whiteboard to chat, write, draw, copy/paste text or images and graph homework problems.
Students can also use HelpNow Writing Lab and use the 24/7 Center options giving the users freedom to receive assistance at any time of the day without connecting with a live tutor.
Brainfuse also has JobNow an online service designed to assist library patrons who are searching for a job.
Brainfuse JobNow also has live online coaches who assist in resume/cover letter preparation, along with assisting patrons with upcoming job interviews.
Other features include career resources and an adult learning center.
HelpNow and JobNow are available to all library patrons on public computers at the Ontario Community Library, 388 South West Second Avenue, or from any computer with an internet connection and a library card.
