County Court’s ordinance unconstitutional

Hello, I was very disturbed by what I read: The Malheur County Court approved an ordinance that they knowingly violate both the U.S. Constitution, but also the State’s.

They were informed of this at a meeting and I presume they deliberated on this and they choose to deliberately violate the Constitution. I, personally, do not know how they sleep knowing that.

We all are required to defend the Constitution from all attacks. They have totally disrespected all the veterans who have fought and died defending the Constitution and the rights of men.

They have no respect of the rights of personal property or the rights of the homeless trying to find shelter for themselves within the county. Instead of violating the Constitution they should be bringing employment and housing to the County. People will do what they think is the only thing they can do to support themselves and families.

It’s up to the county commissioners to guide the county to prosperity, not communism.

Thank you.
