Lorie was born on 3/28/1943 in Miami Arizona and passed away 9/24/2019 surrounded by her family.

Lorie loved working in the yard, walking on the beach gathering shells and watching her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren grow and explore, especially when they weren’t looking. She loved to sew, do crafts of all kinds, read and complete endless puzzles.

Lorie was proceeded in death by her parents Clyde and Elaine Stephens, two brothers Glenn Stephens (Claudette) and Iven Stephens. Her first husband Billy I Day and her second husband Lester O Odom.

She is survived by her loving husband and companion of 31 years Audell I Scott (Dell) who cared for her day in and day out up until she went to heaven, finally free of pain. What she couldn’t do herself physically he did for her ensuring in her mind she was able to continue to live life to the fullest. She loved decorating the entire house inside and out for every holiday and Dell continued that for her up until she passed. When her ability to go outside was limited she knew he would keep the flowerpots blooming so they were beautiful for when she was able to get out and enjoy them.
