ONTARIO — Police are seeking whomever is responsible for a German Shepard mix that was found shot to death next to the railroad tracks near Ani-Care Animal Shelter in Ontario on Friday.
According to a news release from Ontario Police Department, who are investigating the animal abuse case, the female dog was found at noon on Friday and was wearing a light blue snap-lock collar with a red nylon leash.
Anyone with information about the crime or the owner of the animal is urged to contact Ontario Police Ordinance Officer Dallas Brockett at (541) 881-3227 or (541) 881-3227.

I hope the police are successful there is no reason for that to occur. Hard to
fathom what possible reason there could be for this ind of abuse.
