Honoring the dead: Event draws about 400 people

Members of Ballet Folklorico Mexico Lindo walk out to perform during the Dia de los Metros celebration on Saturday night at Four Rivers Cultural Center. The dance was one of several acts on display on Saturday, which also included live mariachi music and a DJ. According to Summer Tilley at the Cultural Center, the event drew in about 400 people, and says EUVALCREE was integral in partnering in the annual event. “We could not have had the turnout without their help,” she says.
