ONTARIO — The passing of Senate Bill 608, The Tenant Protection Bill, Oregonians will see a change in their relationship with their landlords.
SB 608 affects the relationship between landlords and tenants in multiple ways, with some of the major points being the way landlords work with their month-to-month tenants and the total amount of annual rent increases.

To clarify anything about changes coming from SB 608, there will be free classes hosted by the Oregon Rental Housing Association.
The classes will take place on Aug. 17 at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center-Ontario in the Snake River Room. There will be two sessions, one at 10 a.m. and one at 1 p.m.
The classes will be two hours each and there will be handouts provided.
