FRUITLAND – Local authorities seeking the public’s assistance in looking for a Fruitland woman who has been missing since at least Thursday.
According to a news release, from the Fruitland Police Department, Sarah Stepp, 41, was reported missing at approximately 4:50 p.m.Thursday. The release states that Stepp is a mother of three and is about 5-foot-9 and 185 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes.
The report claims that Stepp was last seen at her residence in Fruitland at about 3:30 p.m., wearing a yellow and gray striped shirt and blue pants. She left the residence driving a pearl green 2014 Ford Escape with Idaho license plate 1P76475.
According to a phone call with Police Chief JD Huff, Stepp is considered “gravely disabled” as he said he believes she was not in good mental health when she left the house.
