PAYETTE — For years, progress on the Main Street site of the future Payette Veterans of Foreign Wars hall has been stalled. But the Payette City Council is making a concession to the members of Post 2738, to help them find some stability.
At its regular meeting on May 15, the council heard a request by post leadership to use the Payette Municipal Airport Lounge for its monthly meetings. The post’s membership meets on the third Saturday of each month at 9 a.m.
