Local collector will talk about her collection of memorabilia of famed cartoon character at Ladies Night

Wanda Lehmkuhl, of Payette, will share about her Mickey Mouse collection at the next rendition of Treasure Valley Connection Ladies Night Out on March 3.

PAYETTE — Wanda Lehmkuhl, of Payette, will be sharing about her Mickey Mouse collection as the special feature during the upcoming Treasure Valley Connection’s Ladies Night Out. The event begins at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, at the Hideaway Grill, 1630 Third Ave. S.

Lehmkuhl and her husband John have been collecting Mickey Mouse memorabilia and have several hundred different items from Mickey Mouse phones to electric toothbrushes, Christmas decorations and plush items, some from the early years of Disney.

Special vocal music will be be presented by Rebecca Jordan, of Adrian, including popular favorites and gospel. 

Guest inspirational speaker is DiAnne Wilson, of Caldwell, who calls her talk “Glitter is Always an Option.”

The monthly gathering is open to anyone, and reservations need to be made before March 2 by contacting Susie at (208) 739-1647 or susies@fmtc.com.

The cost for the event is $12 which includes the meal; A $10 reimbursement is offered to those who hire a babysitter or care giver in order to attend.
