In an effort to help local no-kill shelter, Ani-Care, with adoptions, Four Rivers Cultural Center will be hosting its second annual PawAPawLooza on Sept. 28.

The event will be from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Cultural Center, and will include family friendly activities, group yoga, free rock painting, a dog-training demonstrations and adoption applications.

For a $5 donation, attendees can reserve a canvas and participate in a paint-a-shelter-dog challenge.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

The Cultural Center is at 676 S.W. Fifth Ave.
