Andrew Maeda gives a speech about the Nisei soldiers

Andrew Maeda, whose grandfather served in the 442nd, said he was greatly unaware of the impact of the sacrifices made by the Nisei veterans until he started researching it for his speech at the ceremony on Monday, which was held to unveil the new commemorative U.S. Postal Service “Go For Broke” Forever Stamp, which pays homage to those WWII veterans.
