Johnson leads Oregon past Santa Clara 88-71
Bouldin scores 18 as Gonzaga beats Wisconsin 74-61

EUGENE (AP) — Amanda Johnson scored a career-high 19 points and had 13 rebounds and Nicole Canepa also had 19 points to lead Oregon to an 88-71 win over Santa Clara on Tuesday night.
The Ducks (3-0) have scored 80 or more points in three consecutive games for the first time since the 2001-02 season.
Meagan Fulps had 16 points to lead the Broncos (1-3). Alyssa Shoji and guard Ashley Armstrong added 14 points apiece.
Santa Clara took a 14-6 lead to open the game, but Oregon responded with a 19-8 run and led the rest of the game. The Ducks, who were up 35-31 at halftime, opened the second half on a 28-9 run.
Micaela Cocks scored 18 points, including three 3-pointers for Oregon. A 3-pointer by Johnson gave the Ducks their largest lead of the game at 71-47.
Gonzaga 74, Wisconsin 61
In Lahaina, Hawaii, led by Matt Bouldin’s 18 points, four players scored in double digits and Gonzaga advanced to the championship game of the Maui Invitational with a convincing 74-61 victory over Wisconsin on Tuesday night.
Steven Gray scored 15 points, Robert Sacre 13 and Elias Harris 12 for Gonzaga (4-1), which will meet Cincinnati in Wednesday night’s championship.
Leading by 10 at halftime, the Bulldogs extended their lead to 14 when Demetri Goodson delivered a coast-to-coast layup with 16:41 to play.
The Badgers (3-1) cut it to 10 four times and finally trimmed it to single digits on a layup by Jon Leuer with just more than nine minutes to go.
But they didn’t hit another basket for 7:30 in dropping into Wednesday’s third-place game, where they’ll face Maryland.
Jordan Taylor led Wisconsin with 19 points, while Leuer added 18 and Trevon Hughes 10.
Idaho 75, Sacramento State 61
In Moscow, Idaho’s Luiz Toledo scored 15 points en route to a 75-61 victory over Sacramento State on Tuesday.
The Vandals (3-1) jumped ahead quickly as Steffan Johnson hit a pair of 3-pointers to give Idaho a 9-2 lead.
The Hornets (3-3) remained within 14 points or less, but Idaho had too many offensive weapons to contend with.
The Vandals had four players in double figures, with Toledo leading the way. Kashif Watson and Marvin Jefferson each had 12 points and Luciano de Souza added 11.
Sultan Toles-Bey led the Hornets with 16 points. Michael Selling had 15 and John Dickson added 10.
Idaho shot 44 percent from the field while the Hornets shot 36 percent.
