Host of candidates compete for Fruitland council slots

Fruitland — Voters in Fruitland will fill two city council slots and choose between four candidates vying for those positions.
Dave Burt
Dave Burt is running for a seat on the Fruitland City Council. Burt, 58, owns Treasure Valley Plumbing and Drain Services in Fruitland. He is a building and plumbing contractor and developer. He has served on the Fruitland Planning and Zoning Commission for three years. He has owned and operated his own business for 25 years. He is part of the Business Network International and an Idaho Realtors Affilliate.
Burt is a graduate of Council High School and Boise State University.
Burt is married to Maurine, and they have five children.
Vicky Cox
Vicky Cox is running for a seat on the Fruitland City Council. Cox, 60, is a real estate agent, and equal owner, for Premier Group West in Fruitland. She has served on the Fruitland Planning and Zoning Commission for 12 years, both as a chairman and voting member, the was appointed to the Fruitland City Council to complete a term vacated by Bud Reifsnyder in 2008.
Cox graduated from Ontario High School and has her Idaho/Oregon real estate license. She has been the president of the Payette-Washington County Board of Realtors for two years, Realtor of the Year, served on the State/Realtor Arbitration Panel for more than two years, and she has been a business owner in Fruitland with Premier Group West.
Cox resides in Fruitland with her partner, Rod Walker. She has one daughter, Sonya Reed-Moskau.
Keith Schuller
Keith Schuller is running for a seat on the Fruitland City Council. Schuller, 68, is the Payette County coroner. Schuller has served on the Fruitland City Council for seven years, been the Payette County coroner for seven years and the Payette County Soil and Water Conservation District supervisor for nine years. He is involved with the Fruitland Chamber of Commerce and Payette County’s outdoors.
Schuller has his bachelor of science in biology and education. Schuller is married to Mary Jean Schuller; and has three children. Eric, 40, Sara, 32, and Amber, 31.
Tony Wozniak
Tony Wozniak is running for a seat on the Fruitland City Council. Wozniak, 32, is an insurance agent with Three Rivers Agency in Payette. He served on the Fruitland Planning and Zoning Commission for three years.
He is currently president of the Fruitland Lions Club, a member of the Elks Club and an avid outdoorsmen.
Wozniak is a graduate of Fruitland High School.
