Gary “Chrystal” L. Glascock, 62, Ontario, died in the late night hours of Friday, Sept. 25, 2009, due to a car accident. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, at the Vale Christian Church, under the direction of the Lienkaemper Chapel, Vale. A celebration of his life is to follow at the home of Dennis and Glenda Mendiola, 1940 Uehlin Drive, Payette, Idaho. Please bring fond memories, funny stories or pictures to share.
Gary was born Nov. 17, 1946, in Portland, Ore. He lived his life to the fullest, doing what he enjoyed: hunting, bike riding, a good old Western and, with his retirement in 2007, enjoyed time with friends, family and being a wonderful grandfather to four grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jason (Tonya) Noble, of North Augusta, S.C.; his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Gary L.C. Glascock, of Phoenix; four grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Hope and Jarrot; his sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Don (Sharon) Robuck, of Aurora, Colo.; a brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Glascock, of Idaho. He is also survived by other family members and many, many friends who will miss him dearly. He has gone to be with his loving parents, aunts and grandparents.
