FRUITLAND — An Ontario man faces charges of aggravated DUI, open container and failure to purchase a drivers license after a two-vehicle head-on crash Sunday night on Interstate 84 at mile post 7 in Payette County.
According to an Idaho State Police report, Pedro Hernandez, 35, Ontario, was driving his car eastbound in the westbound lanes of the interstate, when he sideswiped a pickup driving by Emily Bowers, 19, Payette.
