ONTARIO — The annual Malheur Experiment Station Field Day, set for Wednesday, will have a new look this year as officials invite the general public to come and learn about the experiment station and its mission, as well as showcase the traditional technical crop tours of interest to growers, according to station superintendent Clint Shock.
In addition to the tours, there will be several trade show booths related to agriculture, contests with prizes and other events designed for the whole family.
Starting at 11:15 a.m., there will a tour around the experiment station during which there will be discussions of the work staff members do and projects they are focused on.
