A man walks back to vehicles that were stopped along Interstate 84 for hours while debris was cleared from a pileup that shut down the westbound lane near Hazelton, Idaho, Monday. The National Weather Service forecasts rain tonight and then snow after midnight. The snow level is expected to drop to about 2,000 feet after midnight and snow accumulation is expected to be about 1 inch on the valley floor.
