Jeff was born on May 9, 1967, in Emmett, Idaho, to Lynn and Kathleen Reagan. He attended school in Colton, Ore., where he played football on the 2-A state co-champion Colton Viking team. His senior year, he moved with his family to American Falls, Idaho, where he, once again, played in the state finals football for the American Falls Beavers. Jeff graduated from American Falls High School in 1985. He was very active in 4-H having shown several Grand Champion Market Steers. He later worked professionally with show cattle for both Glenhaven Polled Hereford Ranch in American Falls and K & K Herefords and Salers in Emmett.

He earned his journeyman license as a pipe fitter and spent the remainder of his working life working construction jobs around the Northwest as a pipe fitter.

On Jan. 28, 1994, Jeff married Tracy Boylen Alan from Ontario. To this marriage was born Hannah on June 8, 1994. Hannah was the first granddaughter of Lynn and Kathy Reagan. On May 23, 1996, a son, Colton, was born. Jeff and Tracy lived in Payette throughout their marriage. They later divorced. For the last five years, Jeff made his home in New Plymouth along with his loving partner, Lois Peterson, and his children, Hannah and Colton. Hannah is a freshman at New Plymouth High School where she is a member of the cheerleading team. Colton attends New Plymouth Middle School. He has been involved in the Payette County Recreation football and wrestling programs.

Jeff was an avid outdoorsman. He loved camping, four-wheeling, hunting and fishing with his family. Jeff was very close with his brother Greg, who just passed away eight months ago. They worked together, camped together, hunted together and only lived a few miles from each other.
