Ontario — Oregon State Police troopers arrested two Payette men on graffiti-related charges Thursday afternoon at the railroad bridge at Interstate 84 and milepost 375.
OSP Lt. Rich Pileggi said troopers responded to an incident where three individuals were reported applying graffiti at the Union Pacific Railroad bridge. Robert Knapp, 28, Payette, and Shea Ren, 21, Payette, were arrested at 4:40 p.m. for trespassing, unlawfully applying grafitti and unlawfully possessing grafitti implements. The third individual took off on foot on the tracks, crossing into Idaho and preventing pursuit, Pileggi said.
