• Art in the Park, featuring more than 250 artists, entertainment, food and a children’s art festival tent, runs from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 5 and Sept. 6 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 7 at Julia Davis Park, 700 S. Capitol Blvd., Boise. Admission is free.
• Tour de Fat, the “annual ballyhoo of bikes and beers” will take place Saturday at Ann Morrison Park, 1000 Americana Blvd., Boise. Admission is free. Registration for the bike parade begins at 9 a.m., with the parade kicking off at 10 a.m. The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
