You can call the police as much as you want but if she is NOT a registered sex offender she is not breaking any laws being at any event. Even if she does have to register as a sex offender her probation officer will set the guidelines as to where she can go, it will not be a crime if the PO has allowed her to be there. This isn't your call, let the system do its job. "

There was a plea bargain, she was convicted of Injury to a Child, therefore she is not required to register. The cops have nothing to do with this process. They investigate and present the evidence to the prosecuting attorney. If you don't know what you are talking about, keep your ideas, thoughts and comments to yourself. "

" im still not completely sure of what all she has to do....two years probation, and a 110.00 fine?? wow!!! what else? can she attend her childerens school or sporting events?? can she go to the football games even though her son no longer plays but the victim still does? and did you know that her probation officer is of the same religion as her and her family.....hmmmmm does that mean he will be alittle nicer to her or will he play by the rules and make her mind her manners and stay away from young boys??
