PORTLAND (AP) — Senator Ron Wyden of Oregon wants federal energy regulators to delay a decision on a proposed liquefied natural gas terminal on the Columbia River.
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission appears ready to sign off on the terminal.
The commission has issued its final environmental review. State officials fear the agency may make up its mind without additional public notice or comment.
