• Classic Metal Blowout, featuring tribute bands of AC/DC, Black Sabbath and Judas Priest, will take place at 7:30 p.m. June 20 at Knitting Factory Concert House, 416 S. Ninth St., Boise.
• The Gene Harris Jazz Festival will take place Friday and Saturday in Boise. Performances begin at 10 a.m. both days at the Gene Harris Band Shell. The headlining concert, featuring drummer Roy Haynes, will take place at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Morrison Center, 2201 Cesar Chavez Lane, Boise.
• The Gospel Jubilee will perform country, folk and gospel songs at 4 p.m. June 29 at the Nampa Civic Center, 311 Third St. S., Nampa. Tickets are $5 at the door.

• CentreStage Dance Studios will present “A Decade of Dance” at 7 p.m. today and Friday at the Nampa Civic Center, 311 Third St. S., Nampa. Tickets are $7.
• Opera Idaho will present Opera Under the Stars at 7 p.m. Friday at Idaho Botanical Gardens, 2355 N. Penitentiary Road, Boise. Gates open at 6 p.m.
• “Moon Over the Brewery,” a romantic comedy written by Bruce Graham, will be performed at 7:30 p.m. today and 8:15 p.m. Friday at the Stage Coach Theatre, 5296 W. Overland Road, Boise.
• The Music Theatre of Idaho will present Kander and Ebb’s, “Chicago — The Musical,” at 7:30 p.m. June 20, 21, 26, 27 and 28, with an additional matinee at 1:30 p.m. June 21. • The 2008 Eagle Fun Days festival begins today at 5 p.m. in Eagle. The event picks up again at 4 p.m. Friday. The Eagle Fun Run and Walk will begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Bardenay, 155 E. Riverside Drive, Eagle. On Sunday, the festival will take place from noon to 8 p.m.
