TELEPHONIC HARASSMENT: Friday, Dec. 28, complainant initiated a telephonic harassment complaint.

PROWLER: Friday, Dec. 28, caller reports a vehicle prowler.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE: Friday, Dec. 28, caller reports a suspicious circumstance and requested an officer check the situation.

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: Friday, Dec. 28, officer dispatched to a residence in regards to a possible domestic disturbance.

RECKLESS DRIVING: Friday, Dec. 28, officers dispatched to the Wal-Mart parking lot in reference to reckless driving.

ASSIST OUTSIDE AGENCY: Friday, Dec. 28, officers assisted with traffic control at Heinz during a fire.

LARCENY: Friday, Dec. 28, officer requests a case saved for a theft from a business.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: Saturday, Dec. 29, caller reports a suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood.

ALARM: Saturday, Dec. 29, officers responded to an alarm at a local financial institution. The building appeared secure. No responsible parties responded.

TRAFFIC HAZARD: Saturday, Dec. 29, officers checked out a disabled vehicle.

HIT AND RUN: Saturday, Dec. 29, officer dispatched to meet the victim of a hit and run. The victim stated a small brown-ish pickup rear-ended her vehicle at a traffic signal. The driver of the pickup was an older white male with white hair and a ball cap.

DISTURBANCE: Saturday, Dec. 29, officer responded to a complaint of excessive music coming from an Ontario residence.

DRUG POSSESSION: Saturday, Dec. 29, officer investigates drug possession.

ASSIST OUTSIDE AGENCY: Saturday, Dec. 29, officer assisted Oregon State Police (OSP) during a traffic stop.

FRAUD: Saturday, Dec. 29, officer took a fraud report.

WELFARE CHECK: Saturday, Dec. 29, officers responded to a request for a welfare check.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE: Saturday, Dec. 29, officer dispatched to a report of a suspicious circumstance.

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: Saturday, Dec. 29, male and female report that neither of them wants the other in the residence. The male was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.

LARCENY: Saturday, Dec. 29, officer took a report of a stolen vehicle.

LOST AND FOUND: Saturday, Dec. 29, officer retrieved found property, and it was returned to the owner.

WARRANT: Saturday, Dec. 29, Christopher Dixon, 22, was arrested on a restricted warrant out of Malheur County for contempt of court.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE: Saturday, Dec. 29, caller reports residence was the target of an egg and provided a description of a vehicle leaving the area.

LARCENY: Saturday, Dec. 29, theft of a wallet was reported.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Sunday, Dec. 30, officer spoke with the victim in a telephonic harassment complaint.

WARRANT: Sunday, Dec. 30, Luis Rodriguez, 27, was taken into custody on a felony warrant issued for a parole violation.

ASSIST OUTSIDE AGENCY: Sunday, Dec. 30, officer assisted OSP conduct a traffic stop.

VANDALISM: Sunday, Dec. 30, caller reports his vehicle was vandalized.

WARRANT: Sunday, Dec. 30, Wes Tolman, 28, was taken into custody on a felony warrant for a probation violation.

WARRANT: Sunday, Dec. 30, officer cited and released Phillip Dowell, 23, for a contempt of court warrant issued for his arrest.

CARELESS DRIVING: Sunday, Dec. 30, officer spoke with the operator of a vehicle after a driving complaint was initiated.

DOG AT LARGE: Sunday, Dec. 30, Randy Daniels was advised about allowing his dog to run at large.

MINOR IN POSSESSION: Sunday, Dec. 30, Jose Medina, 20, was cited as a minor in possession of alcohol (MIP).

DOG AT LARGE: Sunday, Dec. 30, officer dispatched to a dog at large complaint advised the owner.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: Sunday, Dec. 30, officers responded to the Alameda Apartments in reference to a suspicious vehicle.

TRESPASS: Sunday, Dec. 30, officer issued a trespass warning to a subject at the property manager’s request.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE: Sunday, Dec. 30, officer attempted to locate a suspicious subject that had been seen in the area.

RUNAWAY: Sunday, Dec. 30, 17-year-old female was signed as a runaway by her parents. She was located and detained.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE: Sunday, Dec. 30, caller initiated a driving complaint and officers were asked to attempt to locate the driver.

Malheur County Sheriff’s Office

ARREST: Thursday, Dec. 27, Michelle Marie Humiston, 28, Vale, was charged with contempt of court.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Thursday, Dec. 27, 911 caller reported a family domestic dispute over the custody of children. Dispatch could hear screaming and shouting in the background.

STRUCK ANIMAL: Thursday, Dec. 27, 911 caller reported that she struck a dog that ran out into the road. The owner is present and will dispatch the dog.

DOG AT LARGE: Thursday, Dec. 27, caller reports a pit bull dog that showed up at his residence and requests officer assistance. The dog is inside and belongs to the reporting party’s father’s ex.

ARREST: Thursday, Dec. 27, Pedro Rodriguezvilla, 18, Ontario, was charged with possession of a forged instrument, giving false information to a police officer and five counts of contempt of court.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE: Thursday, Dec. 27, received information regarding a Work Release Center (WRC) inmate that left at 9 a.m. and was to return at 4:30 p.m. but failed to do so. An attempt to locate was given to Mary / Nora units.

ARREST: Thursday, Dec. 27, James Leslie Smith, 30, Vale, was charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor.

911 HANG UP: Thursday, Dec. 27, received a 911 hang-up call from a cell phone.

SEX ABUSE: Friday, Dec. 28, officer requested a case number for sex abuse.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Friday, Dec. 28, caller reports a single vehicle crash. The vehicle left the road and struck a tree. Officers and Nyssa ambulance dispatched to the scene.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Friday, Dec. 28, Vale ambulance dispatched to a report of a single vehicle rollover with unknown injuries. Officers were advised.

FIGHT IN PROGRESS: Friday, Dec. 28, officers dispatched to a report of a fight in progress on the north side of the Malheur Village Apartments.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Friday, Dec. 28, reporting party states that someone has vandalized his mailbox again and wants a deputy to make contact via cell phone for the report.

STOLEN PROPERTY: Friday, Dec. 28, officers dispatched to a report of a vehicle stolen from Nyssa being found in Ontario behind a shed with footprints in the snow.

THEFT OF VEHICLE: Friday, Dec. 28, received a report of a stolen 1981 Ford F-150 pickup. An attempt to locate was given to surrounding agencies.

THEFT: Friday, Dec. 28, received a report of someone in the park stealing radiators from the equipment there. Tracks in the snow led north.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Friday, Dec. 28, reporting party called Malheur County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) to report an accident that occurred approximately 38 miles west of Vale on Highway 20. The driver slipped on black ice and drove through a fence.

STRUCK ANIMAL: Friday, Dec. 28, caller reported that he struck and killed a deer. He pulled the animal off to the side of the road. There was minor damage to his vehicle.

ARREST: Friday, Dec. 28, Juan Antonio Iracheta, 22, Vale, was charged with a probation violation.

LOST ANIMAL: Friday, Dec. 28, reporting party came in to report that his 5-year-old, white German shepherd has ran away.

NOISE COMPLAINT: Friday, Dec. 28, reporting party advised that there are some kids on the corner making noise outside. She asked them to stop, and they did not. She requested a deputy make contact with them.

DRIVING COMPLAINT: Friday, Dec. 28, 911 caller reports that a blue Ford Escort with Idaho plates is failing to maintain lane near Jordan Valley. The caller is unsure if the driver is tired or intoxicated. Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) was notified.

TRANSFER E 911: Friday, Dec. 28, reporting party advised of a one-vehicle slide off in the median on Interstate 84 eastbound. The call was transferred to OSP.

WARRANT: Friday, Dec. 28, officers dispatched to a report of a possible warrant suspect walking into A St. Tavern.

WEATHER WARNING: Friday, Dec. 28, the National Weather Service advised that a snow advisory is in effect until 11 p.m. Saturday. Snow accumulation of two to four inches is expected.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Friday, Dec. 28, 911 caller reported a semi-truck rolled over in the median on I-84 westbound with unknown injuries. The information was passed along to OSP.

ROAD HAZARD: Friday, Dec. 28, received a report of two semis spinning out on Three Mile Hill, with one eastbound lane being blocked. The information was passed along to OSP.

NOISE COMPLAINT: Friday, Dec. 28, caller reports that a neighbor’s dog is barking and keeping them awake. The caller does not request contact, just to advise them to quiet the dog.

WARRANT: Friday, Dec. 28, officer arrested an individual for two restricted warrants out of Malheur County.

ARREST: Saturday, Dec. 29, Giovanni Alvarez Cruz, 18, Ontario, was charged with assault in the fourth degree and harassment.

TRANSFER E 911: Saturday, Dec. 29, On-Star advised that a vehicle had slid off the road on I-84 eastbound. There are no injuries. The call was transferred to OSP.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Saturday, Dec. 29, reporting party advised that a vehicle slid off the road about 20 yards. Another vehicle had its hazard lights on and was stopped there also. Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) was advised.

STRUCTURE FIRE: Saturday, Dec. 29, received a report of a fire in the laundry room of the jail. Control and dispatch had a very difficult time reaching personnel.

MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION: Saturday, Dec. 29, reporting party advised of a tan-colored car with Idaho plates that appeared to have had a motor vehicle collision, but no one is around.

THEFT: Saturday, Dec. 29, reporting party advised that their business was burglarized again. They have purchased a camera to be set up.

DOG AT LARGE: Saturday, Dec. 29, received a report of a black lab running around in the middle of the road appearing to be lost. Everyone was busy with the incident in the jail.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Saturday, Dec. 29, received a report of a vehicle that just rolled on Highway 20-26, with no injuries. The information was given to OSP. County deputies were also dispatched.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Saturday, Dec. 29, received a report of three male juveniles, in baggy pants and black hoodies, that have been hanging around the area all day, smoking and screwing around.

ARREST: Saturday, Dec. 29, David Lee Hively, 28, Ontario, was charged with two counts of contempt of court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Saturday, Dec. 29, reporting party advised that he had gone to the residence to speak with his wife, and his son, Levi, got upset, started a shoving match and then left. The reporting party would like to speak with a deputy about this. All deputies are busy with a traffic accident at this time.

ASSAULT: Saturday, Dec. 29, received a report of a fight in the jail. They requested a deputy respond for the report.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY: Saturday, Dec. 29, officer dispatched to attempt to locate two individuals that came up to the west door of the courthouse, then left.

THEFT: Saturday, Dec. 29, officer dispatched to the location of a reported theft of $3,000 by an ex-roommate.

RUNAWAY: Saturday, Dec. 29, reporting party advised that his daughter who returned today, as a runaway, has taken off again. He would like to sign her as a runaway again.

AGENCY ASSIST: Saturday, Dec. 29, officer advised he is assisting OPD with a domestic situation.

WARRANT: Saturday, Dec. 29, while assisting OPD with a domestic situation, a suspect was found to have two misdemeanor warrants out of Malheur County.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Saturday, Dec. 29, OPD advised that a female called them and stated someone just egged her residence in a white, low rider SUV.

ARREST: Saturday, Dec. 29, Jorge Vicente Huerta, 28, Ontario, was charged with two counts of failure to appear on a citation.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE: Saturday, Dec. 29, OPD requested an attempt to locate on a 1997 maroon Dodge extended cab pickup being test-driven from Ontario Autobrokers. The test driver is James Stacy. The vehicle is not yet signed as stolen.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Sunday, Dec. 30, received a report of an accident near Jordan Valley. There was a vehicle over an embankment with unknown injuries. Officers and Jordan Valley ambulance were dispatched.

VEHICLE IMPOUND: Sunday, Dec. 30, traffic stop resulted in a vehicle impound, because the driver did not have a license.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Sunday, Dec. 30, 911 caller advised of a rollover in the field across from their residence. There is one female in the vehicle. Officers and Nyssa ambulance were dispatched.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT: Sunday, Dec. 30, reporting party advised of a dead donkey in Adrian. The reporting party does not know if the owners have contacted the dead wagon or not but didn’t want the animal to stay there and start stinking.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Sunday, Dec. 30, On-Star reports an accident that occurred near Juntura with a lady driving a Jeep Liberty with Idaho plates. She is not injured but has extensive damage.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Sunday, Dec. 30, 911 caller advised of a red car that may have slid off the road on Highway 20, near mile marker 205.

VERBAL DISPUTE: Sunday, Dec. 30, reporting party requested a deputy respond to remove her husband from the home. The husband is passed out at this time. There is a sick child present, and he has already been very verbal to both.

ARREST: Sunday, Dec. 30, Walter Allen Vandyke, 55, Ontario, was charged with harassment.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Sunday, Dec. 30, reporting party advised of an ATV accident north of the Lytle Dump that needs medical attention. Officers and Nyssa ambulance were dispatched.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Sunday, Dec. 30, officer dispatched to a third-party report that they received a 911 call regarding three cars that have slid on Highway 95, mile marker 37.5, traveling northbound. ODOT was advised.

JAIL INCIDENT: Sunday, Dec. 30, reporting party advised that they are having problems with the subject that was just brought in.

WELFARE CHECK: Sunday, Dec. 30, officer dispatched to a report of a man staggering down Highway 201, possibly drunk.

911 HANG UP: Sunday, Dec. 30, received an abandoned 911 call.

TRANSFER E 911: Sunday, Dec. 30, reporting party was trying to give additional information to Canyon County regarding a vehicle in Caldwell that tried to run him off the road. The call was transferred to Canyon County.

NOISE COMPLAINT: Sunday, Dec. 30, reporting party wished to remain anonymous but wanted a deputy to do something regarding the party noise going on at a house at the corner of Boat Landing Rd. and Quail Ln.

RUNAWAY: Monday, Dec. 31, reporting party advised that his juvenile son, who is on house arrest, was gone when he arrived home. He would like to sign his son as a runaway.

DRIVING COMPLAINT: Monday, Dec. 31, reporting party advised that a white Chevy Silverado pickup is heading toward Vale with no tail lights. There are no MCSO deputies on duty. The information was given to OSP.

VEHICLE IMPOUND: Monday, Dec. 31, traffic stop led to the impound of the vehicle, because the driver of the vehicle was driving without a valid driver license.
