ANNIVERSARY
Monday, March 5, 2007 9:24 AM PST
Jack and Evelyn Church, Ontario, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. March 25 at Rusty’s Pancake House in Ontario. They will celebrate with their three sons, John Church, Ontario, Bob (Bea) Church, Caldwell, and Ken (Tamara) Church, Nampa; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; family and friends. The couple owned and operated Jack’s Curb in Nyssa. In 1968, they bought and opened the Good Old Fashion/Frostop Drive-Inn, until retiring in 1998. The Frostop was a hangout for teens, many remember cruising the strip and pulling in for a cherry coke and French fries. Those were the good old days, thanks for the good memories. Congratulations for 60 great years, job well done.
